I'm glad to hear it! It will likely depend upon what security settings you have enabled on your computer, and I included the instructions in case people are having trouble with it.

My next door neighbor was lead bombadier (B-17) on the first mission to bomb the heavy water complex -

I've lived next door to him for 7 years and only last year did he tell me he was in the 8th AF, and only after I dragged it out of him...........typical of those who truely served

During WWII USAAF has sustained casualty rate of approx. 50%. Yes, fifty percent. And over half of the casualties were sustained by the 8th AF. (over 47,000 casualties, over 26,000 dead)

Many of the bravest never came back. Many of the young were killed on the very first mission.

When one compare that self-sacrificing generation with liberal boomers,they are species apart.
