Lifted from a LW moonbat site, but they appear legitimate. A quick read through shows a lot of allegations including John Does working Bush, Cheney, and Rove who performed 'fraud'. Also not included is the appearance of any evidence.

The libs will do anything to unseat Bush. Here's hoping they lose again.

Consensed version:

Either the exit polls are wrong, or the election was fraudulent. Mitofsky(sp?) is too good a pollster to have gotten bad poling data, therefore the election is fraudulent. Asks the OHSC to arbitrarily add some number of votes for John Kerry that Arnebeck came up with (there is no explanation of exactly how he got those numbers), which just happens to be just enough for Kerry to "be declared" the winner.

Also asks that the same be done for this Ellen Conally, who lost the race for CJ of the OHSC.

Also includes a list of "machine errors" and the usual accusations of those evil white republicans trying to tell the black voters to vote on the wrong day, or at the wrong place. Of course, no evidence to back any of it up other than his fun with numbers, which are based on incorrect data, according to statements made by the exit polling firm the day of and in the few days immediately following the election.

I hope the Supreme Court of Ohio suspends Arnebeck's law license. His petition is frivolous under any definition.

Here's hoping they lose again.

They lost again, and again, and again, you do not have to hope for a fact, because hope is something that is uncertain but in this case there is an absolute certainty that these insanely delusional people have absolutely zero chance of changing anything with these moronic lawsuits or the "academic" recount.

Chill out and Relax, the election is over.

This may very well happen. At least the judge will have a good laugh at this Arnebeck moron.

The judge will ask the "comedy Channel" to broadcast this trial because Arnebeck is presenting a very comical and moronic lawsuit.

Man those are some comically bad arguments, but I have to say it takes a special person to put forward such a bad argument. "Gee, just change these votes for us, judge, cuz um, well, exit polls! Rove! Halliburton! k, thx!"

The plaintiff forgot to add that Dan Rather has not yet called Ohio for Bush; therefore, the results are wrong.

Also, the lead plaintiff, brings new meaning to the term nut case.
