So get off your useless Pennsylvania ass and come help us get rid of them. Sooner or later the illegal aliens will be overrunning PA too.

Why should I, you have shown your impotence in changing minds in your so called "Golden State", California.

Kill them all, systematically and quietly. We know who they are and where they are. So what's the problem?

What is the problem? They are domestic terrorists.

There are a number of people on this forum - and they'll be along any minute - who don't want to hear about this stuff at all. They think we in Southern California are delusional when we tell what a 3rd world c***hole this place is becoming.

I recognized it a long time ago. That's why I sold my house in San Diego. I have e-mail to keep in touch with friends who still remain in CA. Some of them are teetering on the threshold of moving out as well. Hopefully they won't be trapped by a glut of expensive real estate. The Fed bumped the rates up again today. That's significant to monthly payments with the astronomical prices of real estate in CA.

Somebody piss on your cheerios again?

Funny that the soft on immigration wing of the GOP was all for Arnie...they didn't want California to elect McClintock. Is there a reason why so many like cheap labor and expect us to deal with the downside?

S&W Airweight Bodyguard.... nice little .357 that will go right under the driver's seat or even in your pocket. Might want a shotgun for the trunk and maybe a long gun too.

Has anyone else here had an "in-your-face" up-close encounter with a mature Bougainvillea plant?

Planted correctly, they could cover the whole border in less than four years.

I feel comfortable with the H&K USP40. Buy plenty of ammo and have extra magazines!

Deporting gang members triggers boomerang effect

The only thing that's boomeranged around here lately has been liberal tripe, on election day.

Sorry, I just can't get past the first line. According to liberals, everything conservatives do boomerangs on 'em. But the only people with bigtime boomerang indentations in their thick skulls are libs.

Deporting criminals makes crime worse . . . Please.

With people attempting to convince people to vote for Arnie instead of educating the undecided or the plain stupid on the issues.

" And I'm tired of the obvious impotoence of so called conservative Californians who are silent about their Senators Boxer and Feinstein."

Ya know, your transparently weak change of subject regarding an illegal immigrant problem to one of political choices is, well, weak. I doubt anyone on this thread voted for Boxer or Feinstein. We are unfortunately outnumbered in Cali by the bleeding hearts. Also, maybe you should look at the "impotent" moderate Republican party in California and not the conservatives for your answers to our state reps. They, like the national party, are leaving their principles in the dust to go along - to get along...and keep their jobs.

You have no direct reasonable defense of this abhorrent situation, so you set up a straw dog. At least you're consistent in your immigration positions. Again, enforcement of federal laws rests solely on the Executive Branch. As for state criminal laws not being well enforced, you can blame that on the LEO's being impossibly outnumbered due decades of poor immigration controls - FEDS.

It's been happening for 150 years.

Probably longer. The Five Points area of NY was a notorious Irish criminal zone in the 1830s. Downtown/Central LA has always been terrible - it's one fleeting moment of normalcy was pre-WWI.

Starting in the 20s, development of outer fringe LA neighborhoods (eg Beverly Hills) killed inner-city LA. It got so bad that the city had to bulldoze Bunker Hill (where turn of the century mansions had become flop houses) in the 1960s.

South-central is even worse - a giant spread-out Bronx. I almost feel sorry for Branton - he really thought he could turn things around. Problem is, in NYC, only 1 borough is bad; enough 'normal' people live in the other 4 to make reform work.

In LA, except for Pac Palisades, Bel Air & WLA, no one really lives there, nor cares what happens downtown as described in this article. People with means move to OC or up to Ventura (these are red counties, by the way) with a simple mandate to not let LA spread.

The ripping up of the tracks also killed downtown LA...

By the way, this entire thread is ridiculous. A lot of tough talk about guns, etc. that's fairly meaningless. At some point this people have to grow some pragmatism, realize the situation and move.
