I'd like to a President that will just stop the growth of gov't budget. Just tell Congress that they have gotten a budget increase EVERY SINGLE YEAR for decades -- unlike lots of regular Joe and Jane Six-packs -- and for the next few years there will be NO increases.

I fear I am dreaming. It won't ever happen.
