Hmm I'm not sure if I want to start that totally from scratch.I'm thinking one of those new mid level Dells with the new PCI slot would be an easier place to start.The problem with Dell boxes is that they put a USB and a headphone jack in the front and alot of aftermarket MBs won't support that.I know excuses excuses.

He is giving you great advise here.

I use AMD Chips exclusively, and have yet to be dissappointed.

Keep them clean and good fans and you will rock.
