Wave toll could reach 100,000 Dear God! As the toll continues to mount, tears stream down my face. They had no warning...many were on a family holiday. Children building sandcastles. Parents sunbathing or breakfasting on the veranda. Laughter. The skies were sunny, the beaches warm. And within seconds, destruction, mayhem and death. It is inconceivable. God rest their souls, and may He comfort the survivors.
