I mean, once the wheels start turning, it takes time to come up to speed.. and Senator Leahy has been around for a while now, he obviously knew or should have known that the initial $35 million outlay was a stop-gap, and that there would be more added to that. But I guess he just couldn't miss an opportunity to use anything at all to blast this administration, and you guys in the press who keep picking up and trumpeting this rhetoric really make yourselves look stupid when all of the facts eventually come out..."
