The HDZ is not a continuation of NDH, nor is the present Croatian state. The HDZ was in fact led by a man who fought against NDH, and most of the upper echelon of the HDZ were those who did fight just like Tudjman against NDH. The Republic of Croatia is not a continuation of NDH, but is rather the legal continuation of the Socialist Republic of Croatia which seceeded from the Socialist Federation of Yugoslavia.

Tell that to those Zagrebacki who are strolling down Milan Budak street..............

Tell that to those who worship at the NDH shrine in Slunj............

Tell that to those who sing NDH songs when they are sober...............

Tell that to the people who have torn down every single memorial to the anti-Facist war no matter how small...............

Croatia and Dalmatia is full of people who earnestly believe the NDH was a good thing and that the HDZ is merely a continuation of the NDH

I visit Croatia & Dalmatia most every year and am deeply embarassed about its inhabitents, and only hope that the people will one day come to grips with their past.

Only when Croats & Dalmatians reject the NDH and its racist bagger will they be able to join the family of civilized nations. Proof of this is the fact that the EU has put Croatia & Dalmatia behind Bulgaria and on the same level as Turkey for membership.

It is sad what has become of Croatia & Dalmatia, perhaps one day it will change..........I can't be too sure.
