My sister lives in a cabin on the Kentucky River right between Frankfort and Lexington. The water is rising there as well. Her cabin is only 8 feet above (but about 20 yards from) the river.

Thanks for the ping. It looks like everything will be ok for now. The rain is supposed to stop tonight and hopefully will be gone for a good while.

We've had such an awful time, weather wise, since Christmas. Power outages from the ice storm and now all of this flooding. I'll be happy to see spring.
