....she was fired so Johnson could hire a person of Asian descent. Johnson, Fields, and Howie all are black.

oh, that's why the Dem's are not for this, it broke the affirmative action ladder rule. if she was fired so they could hire a one armed, pre-op transsexual native American Indian then they would be pissed about the lawsuit.

Another case of where these LAWYER scumbags working in congress unconstitutionally (seperation of Powers) cannot read ENGLISH!

The rule, in short, states ...

While in session, in other words on the floor actually working, a representative has full freedom of speech (except for treason, etc).

That is a reasonable law, so the reps can argue, brainstorm, etc, without the fear of someone being arrested or sued for what they say on the floor during their WORKING sessions.

That is what a person who can read English can understand/

Now here come the lawyers, activist judges, and minions in congress re-writing the English language to the MONARCHIST standards of "we are gods (Masters thge judges prefer) YOU are peon serf slaves - We can do anything." schools of thought.

The BS line of translation of English into lawyerese is : we can say or do anything at any time as long as we are in an active period of congress 24 hours a day no matter where we are and what we are doing. We are not liable to follow the laws.

Wait until "We, The People" begin to teach them what the Second Amendment really says!

Once again, GOP congressmen just can't wait to for an opportunity to help the dems.

Really, someone give me one good reason for this.

Both Parties insist they are above the law/exempt from the law.Only in this case the Republicrats stepped in their
own dung and th eJacki are coming across lookin clean for
a change.
