Would-be suicide bomber angry at those who sent him
It wasn't supposed to be a suicide mission.
He was being trained as a suicide *CAR* bomber when they sent him on a mission with a gasoline rigged TRUCK and blew him up without his prior knowledge.
Now Ahmed Abdullah al-Shaya wants revenge against his terrorist bosses.
"They asked me to take the truck near a concrete block barrier before turning to the right and leaving it there. There, somebody will pick up the truck from you," they told him. "But they blew me up in the truck," he says.

Ahmed Abdullah al Shaya survived the explosion of the bomb-rigged gas truck that he was driving on Christmas day.
Just goes to show "terrorist bosses" can't be trusted.
Live and learn.
killing their own for allah
Talk about instant karma...
What a great thing to wake up and read this!
Poor Ahmed Abdullah al Shaya... ha ha ha ha!
The tables turn.
Stoopid is as stoopid does.
Sheesh........
On OTOH, suck him dry for all possible intel - he should be MORE than willing to provide it.......
Sorry Ahmed, your intentions were just as evil as would be if you were going to blow it up yourself. You deserve the misery you are in.
You can't make this stuff up.
"And he blowed up real good."
FMCDH(BITS)
You shall be known by your friends and associates.
This is really from the Onion, right??
Thanks for helping me start my day off with a good laugh.

"He said the objective was "to kill the Americans, policemen, national guards and the American collaborators."
Deserves what he got and more!
He should file suit against his employer for unsafe working conditions. Who can you trust these days?
Took place in Iraq I suppose. Is he lying to cover his butt?
"And they told me that as a suicide bomber I would be vested after 5 bombings and could retire by the time I am 45 with a full pension. They are liars! All liars!"
OK, it's time to unleash the ULTIMATE weapon : lawyers.
- "Wouldn't you say, Mr Zarqawi, that your blowing up the truck was indeed an absolute breach of contract between you and Mr Al Shaya ?"
- "Well, er, um, by Allah, mumblemumble..."
"They weren't supposed to blow me up.
I was supposed to blow a bunch of other people up."
