When are you people going to get out your copy of the Constitution and find the section on your God-given right to inhale toxins and make everyone else around you do it also. It's in article...uh wait a minute... I know its in there somewhere...uh.../sarcasm
Right there.
In black and white.
It IS my God-given right to inhale whatever in the hell I please!
It is your God-given right to remove yourself from my presence if you don't like it unless the owner of a PRIVATE establishment doesn't allow me to smoke.
Is that simple enough for you?
When are you going to realize that no one is attempting to FORCE you to inhale our smoke? That's what non-smoking sections and smoke-free PUBLIC FACILITIES are for!
Are you unable to avoid tobacco smoke, or are you just suffering from the entitlement delusions you accuse smokers of having? Nobody's making you sit in a smoking section...and we have the right to be out of doors, same as you. Besides, it's people like you that forced us outside in the first place, so quit your whining about being "forced to inhale" anything. The only ones attempting to force something on others are anti-smoking folks.

Is it your position that the only rights we have are those specifically protected by the constitution?
