You are sort of correct. It is actually a repost of an article that is dated in the link as Dec 2001. Note the tense in references to Iraqi nuke efforts and to Arafat.
It is also the greatest justification for an Israeli preemptive strike that could ever be given.

Arafat is dead, so when were these remarks made? I suspect it was not recently (though I doubt the sentiments of the Khomeiniacs have changed much.

This looks to be a very old article. It still states that Iraq is believed ti be developing nukes.
