Their attorneys have argued that Republicans should have challenged improperly registered voters before the election.

Now tell me exactly just how that could have possibly been done?

Provisional ballots. Those were for voters whose registrations were challenged on election day. Some 400 of them were tabulated without verification.

Irrespective of that: the assumption (from the Party of Fraud) is that the parties are somehow required to verify EVERY VOTER. That's aside from this new and wonderful vote fraud source called provisional balloting.

This 400 provisional ballots issue alone should be cause to invalidate a close election. Recall, re-vote, whatever fair and legal method it takes for justice.
