He said "yes" as quickly as he could to a Russert question and talked right over it. No timeline, no details. He will never sign.

Another weasel at work.

He said he would sign his 180; no pre-conditions attached.

A few questions later, Russert brought up the records of
his critics and at that time, AFTER he had flatly agreed to
sign the 180, Kerry also said he expected others to sign 180s as well.

Don't let Kerry wiggle out of this one.

No. His agreement to sign SF180 was unequivocal. After he consented to sign (which nobody believes he will), he then said he would like all other candidates to sign it TOO. This was probably worked out with Tim in advance so he could claim a quid pro quo later.
