More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.

The Courts have ruled that Terri's feeding tube be removed for the THIRD time.
For any "lurkers" to this thread, please help; here are the numbers to call. Ask them to save Terri Schiavo by NOT allowing her to starve to death.

You know I have never been overly optimistic about this but I do pray constantly for Terri to not suffer and for her parents to be protected from the evil they have to deal with so often.
Information has been flying around so fast! I think that at least one stay--one from last year--expires this afternoon at 1:00. I spent hours looking at documents and articles yesterday, trying to figure this out. But I believe it's 2/22 at 1:00, and that's why they are trying to get a hearing scheduled before 1:00. Postponing things until Wed. wasn't a good idea for anybody because the stay is lifted at that time regardless, I think.
I am also wondering about the "new" stay from Greer, which (as Bob Schindler is quoted as saying) doesn't seem to exist. I saw the document online, but it was neither signed nor dated. Also, the reaction from Felos did not address that. Instead, he seemed to be addressing the Motion for Emergency Stay on the part of the Schindlers that was faxed to his office at 12:30 yesterday.

Maybe this is some of the reason for what's going on with Terri.
I received a message from a reliable source which said a spokesman for Greer's court issued a statement that a stay for the feeding tube had been issued until after court Wed. The statement was issued in error. I wondered why Gibbs didn't say anything last night about the stay. He never mentioned it, so any report from the frontline?
