Slander and libel are pretty tough to prove. That notwithstanding, I am not so certain the Schindlers are even interested in taking on any more litigation. They have their hands full trying to protect their daughter's life.
I think there will soon come a day when these unscrupulous attention wh*res who call themselves opinion writers will be very sorry for the ignorant words they belched out about this case.
After reading the NY Times article from yesterday that demonstrated clearly that PVS patients are being misdiagnosed and that the medical profession doesn't really know everything that goes on with these folks, you'll see some remarkable things take place. With any luck, some of these opinion authors will finally shut the hell up.

I want Terri out of his cluches and well enough to sue him for her rehab monies that he looted.
I hope Jodi kicks him to the curb too and keeps any monies he's put in her name. She's put herself in an unsafe position. If he abused Terri, she's next.

When Jodi's turn comes, I won't weep for her. She has sat by silently allowing the abuse of Terri. She could stop it now simply by coming forward with what she knows. When her turn comes, it will be poetic justice.
Something else: I believe that many Americans who want Terri dead because THEY wouldn't "want to live like that" have been deceived by Satan and the political structure. A few of these people may yet become seriously disabled and have to face the life-death issue for themselves. By that time, I would suspect that quite a few will have a "deathbed" conversion to "life," not the horrible death that they so cavalierly propose for poor Terri.
When her turn comes, it will be poetic justice.
How will we ever know? Once Terri is dead, the new Schiavo "family" will disappear from the screen. Besides, this time Schiavo may really be "in love."

I so agree with you, Theodore. I believe many will have a change of heart when someone's ready to push them out the door. The shoe will be on the other foot. Then they'll be wondering why somebody didn't put an end to all this nonsense.
