I noticed that it wasn't signed too. I was thinking may be it was typed up after the court closed and just hadn't been signed yet. But it is very odd.
Someone had to have been given orders to type it up.
I personally believe all the confusion over whether or not there is a one-day stay was generated intentionally by Greer and I have a basis for saying that.
In the last Terri article posted at www.theempirejournal.com we showed you a document that was faxed FROM the Sixth Circuit Court at 3:04 p.m. If that order wasn't signed and was not in effect, WHY did the court fax out the document yesterday afternoon and then an email announcing a stay was in effect.
I restate my opinion that Greer created the confusion intentionally and all it does it cause even more controversy and much undue stress and mental anguish for the Schindlers and Terri's friends and family.
