"safe community in which all students are free from intentional and unintentional harassment."
What the crap is 'unintentional harassment'?
From forthepeople.com:
Unintentional harassment
Harassment is not always intended. Acts or behavior that are funny or don't mean much to one person may hurt or offend another. If you're not sure whether your behavior or action will offend someone, ask first. If you do offend someone without meaning to, you should apologise immediately and stop the behavior.
Oh, jeez. You gotta read this:

It's when people blame you for their failures. For example if So-and-So fails to achieve a passing grade in a class, and you have never done anything overt to get in his way, he invokes "unintentional harassment" toward him owing to his membership in x victim group.
Also known as "invisible barriers" among feminist victimologists.
You know, it's like that white power thing. Whites are born racist, and so now I guess heterosexuals are born harassers. We demand compulsory heterosexuality don't you know? It's heterosexism.
When someone swishes by you and you break out laughing.
Like, asking someone if they want to go on a date, and having them file a harassment claim, or geting charged with harassment for a harmless comment like"you like nice, today." I guess that is what they must be talking about.
