I'm a 1992 graduate, fortunately there are still some great conservatives and libertarians at MU. Let's not forget the pilot that flew Bush onto the carrior was a Marquette graduate as well.
Unfortunately, Mark McCarthy has displayed these colors for years ever since I was a student there. Same old same old. I think the term "Adopt a Sniper" probably hit him wrong and in typical fashion, he probably did zero investigation on what the program is all about.
The only way to rectify this is to change the nickname back to the Marquette Warriors.
