This guy isn't even a PHD which is usually the case with department chairs. I work at a college, (29 yeaqrs) and there isn't any of the department chairs who don't hold at least one doctorate. I suspect that there may be a whole lot more under this guys rock. He's through in academia.
Amazing. At WFU a lowly itinerant Associate Professor let alone a Department Chair can't teach without a PhD.
