Its a message to the Middle East's last surviving Ba'athist dictatorship to end oppressing its neighbor and to allow its people to choose their own government. Not a message that will go down well in Damascus tonight - but President Bush is not in a mood to reward tyrants. Its a take no prisoners approach to the ME's kings, emirs and dictators.
