Most people don't realize that the WTO has assumed what was once the sovereign duty of Congress to regulate trade. Now instead of our elected representatives regulating trade, we have the WTO and their unelected tribunal.
Because the WTO is a subsidiary agency of the UN, and the WTO is committed to implementing sustainable development through trade treaties and agreements, I'd say this is yet another example of loss of individual and US sovereignty to a global body under control of the UN.

A treaty does not give up out sovereignty. I don't know where you get that from .. but you need to investigate that assumption.
