The bulk of teachers I know are dummer than rocks when it comes to computers. The school district will have to quadruple the number of techs.
Our district has been working on getting teachers into technology for at least 8 years. The majority on our campus were as you describe, but they aren't any more. Only some of those near retirement could be described that way now.
