I intend to be there. I had to go out of town to a funeral last time. I really missed the gang.

Tommy Lee Jones...I had SUCH a crush on him...(sigh) He's still hot. I mean, for a guy old enough to be my Grandpa...

I got over him when I found out he was algore's roommate at Yale.

So what they're really saying is the good looking are attracted to the good looking, and the rest will settle.

All poppycock anyway, since everyone knows women are mainly attracted to a fat bankroll. If Quasimodo comes driving up in a Mercedes he probably won't be rubbing his own hump at the end of the night.

I completely agree. My husband's nickname was "Arms," and he lived up to it. Not surprisingly, my father was also a tall and solid man.

Ironic, but true story. When I was growing up, I was the proverbial "ugly duckling." Glasses, braces, geeky, ugh! I didn't actually reach "swan" status until my mid-twenties. Until that point, most of the feedback on my "looks" was negative or disinterested, at best.

Dressed a little differently, changed my drab hairstyle, updated my make-up and whammo! Suddenly, I had arrived. I was still the same person inside, and was happy to pass over guys who didn't even look my way before.

I met my husband through our mothers. Not only was he tall, dark, rugged, and handsome, when asked by the priest why he wanted to marry me, he told Father Gerry, "She's the smartest woman I've ever met."

That's right; he loved me for the one thing the other guys didn't even care to explore - my brain.

We're in our 12th year of marriage, and I wouldn't trade a single day for all of Midas' gold.

My head is shaved and my beard is nearly a foot long, so there is nothing feminine about my face.

Sounds a lot like my first wife.

"I'm glad this study was funded by the English."

Gotta wonder how many millions of tax dollars are poured into these junk science "studies" by the so-called universities. Think of all the money that could be saved by just handing out PhDs in cereal boxes.
