There is much more torte reform needed than this. I hope this is only the beginning of sweeping torte reforms that will effect everything from car insurance rates to medical insurance premiums, and the cost of prescription drugs. Frivolous law suits, for just about anything as stupid as one can imagine is probably the single worst thing wrong with America. I could care less if half the lawyers end up on soup lines, there are far too many of them out there hoping to cash in on a frivolous lawsuit anyways.
