Why do we care whether the scum die due to their own choices of behavior? Sort of like worrying about the safety of hold-up "persons" in terms of them getting shot during the commission of their crime IMO.
I don't care if idiots die of the results of their vice (be it appallingly frequent anal intercourse with a myriad strangers, or IV drug use, or what have you - it doesn't matter to me)
I *do* care about their present ability to hide their infection from, and thus infect, non-scum people.
