I think I know what the dog is talking about with the anger/venom thing. I went through it myself, I got off for a few weeks.

I think it is needed for stability at times. This place can get you in a tizzy and keep you there if you do not take a break.

Take care dog. I will be 54 next month and feel worn out.(cuz I am)

Life's too short, so I will try to enjoy what I have left anyway. Nobody can stop me!!!

I left FR for one week. Sometimes knowing too much can be as bad as knowing too little. For those of us who have issues, taking a break is good every now and again. I've become accustomed to the rousing debates,etc. so sometimes it's hard to walk away. FR is crack for the brain :o)
