I knew Jeb would come through. I will support his run for president in '08.

God bless Governor Bush and his family. I believe he is truly a good man. I don't think he really wants to run for president though.

We best hope we never get to that point!
I am so thankful for people that believe like I do! Wow, what a relief!

What I can't figure out is..................why hasn't the Disabilities Act kicked in up to this point?
That's a federal program.

How can we keep the tube inserted while this state agency does its investigation? Won't George W. "Haman" Greer trump the state agency in the FL pecking order?

Judge Greer will be overturned on appeal, I hope!

No, the appeals courts have never overturned Greer on appeal thus far in the Schiavo case. In other cases, yes, but not Terri's fight.

If Felos is so uptight about it, you know there's something here they're afraid of.

I dont think Jeb wants to run either, but at one time he was considered the better pol in the family!

If Rudy refuses to change his opinion on the life issue, I think Jeb may be forced into the race..

Yes it would. But greer ruled against her right to practice her religion. I forget what his excuse was. Something like it being irrelevent.

George Felos, who represents Teri's husband Michael, criticized the DCF move, saying it 'reeks of the intervention of politics' in this case and is an affront to the court.

What reeks of politics are the judges who supplant the Constitution with their pompous edicts. Liberal judges will be responsible for Teri’s death. They do not use a gun, or poison, instead they use puffed up vanity in a grandiloquent and boastful manner. Judges who place themselves above the law of the land do so in their overblown oratory and pseudo-scientific gobblegook. What originates from the dark recesses of the minds of liberal judges is more lethal than snake venom. Liberal judges will be responsible for Teri’s death, not Jeb Bush or politics.

I told the Governor the same thing in the email I sent him.

I imagine the former President and First Lady have to be damn proud of the boys they raised.

Poor Mikey. If he is prosecuted in the long run for abuses to Terri he may just have to give up his swimming pool and his Mercedes (which, someone pointed out, is a heck of a car for a nurse to be able to afford).

Doesnt a criminal (possibly murder) investigation trump judge Greer here?

Actually, we have. It happens. I don't know how often. At least we haven't reached a point where it can be done out in the open, with society's approval.

I think that jerk Michael is right for once.. this does reek of politics... and Jeb is not going to lose face.

Michael shouldn't have let it get to the point of having to have the Governor get involved. So now let the Republicans and the right to life crowd fix up his nasty mess.

He should have done what he swore in court to do: Take care of his wife for the rest of her life.

Michael should just walk away.. because he is never going to have peace until he does. I don't think the millions of people watching this are going to just go away.

I know the freepers won't.
