Exactly, and according to Mark Levin - the Congress has the right TO UNDO ANY RULING - BECAUSE THE COURT IS NOT ELECTED - IT'S APPOINTED.

But the Congress is too spineless to take them on.

Yes. According to Article 3 of the Constitution, Congress has the power to limit the Supreme Court by simply placing a law outside outside the SC's scope of review.

It seems to me if there was just one strong advocate...only one...to take on these judicial issues in the Senate, Republicans and the public would coalesce around that leader. The Dems have appointed Putzy Schumer to lead the charge for obstruction. Where is the one, designated point person among Republicans, to challenge everything Schumer or "Sheets" Byrd say?
