You guys are aware of why Muslims are deeply offended if you offer to shake with the left hand, right?

The assumption from some Saudi clerics that the Tsunami was divine punishment for socalled "bad muslims" didn't help either. The help from the islamic countires did not compare in any way to the efforts of so-called infidels. It must have been a wake up call for many (now former) supporters of Osama's jihad against the "evil West".

Please explain to me how you arrived at such a conclusion. Sheer numbers.

Is Spain's Islamic commission going to enforce this fatwa?
All these fatwas remind me of a song. Goes something like this...
Ol' Mohammed had a farm, e i e i o. And on his farm he had a fatwa, e i e i o. A fatwa here, and a fatwa there, here a fatwa there a fatwa, ol' Mohammed had a farm...

"disproportionate" measures
that refers to the liberation of Afghanistan and Iraq, and similar events to come in the near future.

Pretty safe to issue a fatwa against a dead man.

At least its a baby step in the right direction, but I share you feelings on this. What with Teddy and the French stating that maybe the President was correct, I've heard that skate rentals have gone up because the temperature has taken a decided turn for the frosty.
Let's start a fund and issue our own fatwa, because afterall, "what's good for the goose is good for the gander".

I issued my fatwa some 20 years ago but no one is listening.
