I wouldn't be so quick. I saw Mark Warner talk the talk of a fiscal conservative, and win the governorship in a fairly conservative state.(VA) After he won, he immediately raised taxes and acted just like any other dim. But he still talks the talk and he has quite a bit of support because no one can believe that a public official will lie with that straight face. This is what the press is supposed to remind us of, but for some reason, the press loves the guy. Go figure....
