When it comes down to me against a bulldozer, guess who's going to move first.

I'm sure the autorities are probably only trying to protect the family's feelings by not publically revealing Rachael's toxicology report. My bet is that the young lady was zonked out of her mind by drugs or alcohol or both and wouldn't have noticed the bulldozer under any circumstances. She did not employ due caution or caution of any degree when she went in harm's way. Now, she'd not only dead but her family is SOL and looking stupid.

OH THIS IS TOOOO GOOOODDDD!

APRIL 13, 2005 - DAY OF ACTION AGAINST CATERPILLAR
http://www.catdestroyshomes.org/

Stop Caterpillar From Selling Home-Crushing Bulldozers to Israel
On April 13, join groups all over the world in opposing Caterpillar sales of home-crushing bulldozers to Israel. That day, Caterpillar shareholders will meet in Chicago and will discuss a resolution on sales of bulldozers to Israel. We're calling on groups to organize local demonstrations at CAT-related locations, such as board of directors' offices or CAT dealerships, to send a strong message that cooperation in human rights abuses is unacceptable.

Rachel could not have commited suicide by bulldozer had the most stupid parents in the universe not empowered her by brainwashing her and enabled by financing her trip to a war zone.

They should have filed suit in Belgium though.

They should sue.

And the government of Israel should pay.

They should pay in bottles of maple syrup.

I love Rachel Corrie threads. I really enjoying venting about the brainless dumbass leftist from Evergreen State College that went to Israel and decided she could take on the IDF. She supported terrorists and murderers, and got what she deserved. Unfortunately, Israeli courts are probably as screwed up as ours, and she may actually find some sympathy. I hope not. Paying Rachel "Pancake" Corrie's family and money would be an insult and affront to those families who have lost sons and daughters to PLO terror and cant get compensated by the corrupt arab regimes.

they also said they have yet to receive all of the material from the IDF investigation into the matter.

Helllooooo....it's only a couple of ribbons.

I think Rachel Corrie's parents need to be sued for ngeligance. Apparently, they never taught their daughter not to step in front of moving vehicles.

Landfill
(To the tune of "Landslide," by Stevie Nicks; parody lyrics by Slings and Arrows)

I took my bullhorn, took it down
Helped terrorists in Gaza Town.
I saw my reflection on a bulldozer blade,
and the landfill's where I stay.

Oh, choppers in the sky,
What is dumb?
Can I play chicken with Israelis?
Can I face down heavy equipment?
Can I handle ten tons on my chest?

Well, I've been afraid of flattening,
'Cause a D-9 can hurt you.
But morons are bolder,
Flag-burning gets older,
And IHOP is calling too...

Oh, mail me home, flat rate's fine,
Fake some photos, moan and whine.
If you see my reflection in a bulldozer blade
Well the landfill's where I'll be...

If you see my reflection in a bulldozer blade
Well the landfill's where I'll be...

did I read right, or was something lost in translation? $324K isn't much for a lawsuit these days. Where's John Edwards when you need him?
