Napalitano spewing "state's rights"
How disgusting. States have no rights to take the life of innocent civilians. This is truly amazing.
I wondered why Fox's morning show would not carry Terri's story. Today is the first time, I've actually heard them discuss it. Judge Napalitano often sits in when one of the others take off.
We fought a bloody Civil War to assure that States never have the right to treat humanbeings as property! No state in the union has the right to deny an individual's Constiutional rights, the way the state of Florida is denying Terri her rights. No government agent has the right to deny a citizen the right to eat! No husband has the right to starve his wife. This is not a question of "states rights", when a human life is in danger. The judge is wrong.
