For God's sake, people, let her GO!
Make her comnfortable, love her, but do not enslave her any longer for your own pathetic propitiative needs.
She did her best. Now let go and let her be functional again.
======
Very well put --
Let her live again -- my faith says she will and she will be whole again.
"Let her live again -- my faith says she will and she will be whole again."
Then let us start ending all life that doesn't come up to a certain standard. After all, we want them to be whole don't we?
You are seriously(dangerously) distorting Biblical teaching. Athough it is true that Heaven will end sorrows and in the Resurrection we will have new bodies, I never see anyplace in scripture that encourages someone to end their life so they may be whole. Or, for someone else to do it for them.
God bless you, you KNOW she will live again. We all do. This is torture, and if she is not able to "learn" in this condition, it is pure drama and has no value beyond that.
It does, however, give us a chance to speak about it. In that sense she makes an ongoing contribution to us all.
I wish her well. Let's let her go now.
