Oh woe, oh woe, and pshaw, if only saddam was still in power stuffing his people shredder. Woe, woe, woe.
Well, I think that some Eurpoeans get it, when they see what is happening in the Netherlands and elsewhere with Islamofascist "Immigrants." The rest can go cry in their cafes and pubs for all I care.
The Times is just carrying an Associated Press story. The demonstrations are such a shadow of previous demonstrations that I'm surprised that they are giving it any publicity.
Bite us, Europe.
The people of those benighted countries should be so lucky.
``After Iraq -- Iran? Syria? Cuba?'' read one placard
Ok.
(Denny Crane: "Sometimes you can only look for answers from God and failing that... and Fox News".)
What we did was (A) refused to renounce Christianity (and Judaism) and (B) refused to admit that our social, economic, and foreign policies should be subject to review by high-level French and German bureaucrats. That is basically the bottom line of what is going on.
Why isn't this slacker working? 59 is way too young to retire, unless he is already wealthy. So he's either a successful capitalist, or a socialist parasite: either way it's western civilization that makes him possible.
And in other news 6,000,000,000 Billion people went about there daily lives and could careless what some dirty peacniks did today.
You'd think these editorial writers at the newspapers would at least show up in public to protest against the war as they do so bravely in their writing.
Their fear is that if they all show up together, everybody will think they're a bunch of retards on a group outing.
Anything that can be spun into "It's Bush's fault" will suffice, as far as the MSM is concerned.
Actually, their writing is cowardly -- not bravely. They don't have one redeeming quality in their whole lives.
Amen to your tagline.

Interesting images.
How can they be expected to appreciate freedom in the Middle East?
"Breaking news millions did not protest the Iraq war!"
You could put a "B" in place of the "M" in millions, but that was my thought too when reading the article.
You wrote: "When all said and done they hate America as much as they Bush. I look at all those people over there and wonder what we did to deserve this. If only we could remove our dead from their filthy continent and bring them home, that would be a great day!"
We did nothing to deserve this sort of treatment. As is always the rule of individual responsibility, they chose to act as they do. It is they who determine their response, not us. I, too, desire strongly to bring our war dead home from their sorry, ungrateful shores...
