Common sense has fled so many of our people, even our judges.....

So true.

Can people not see where this is heading? In another 20 - 30 years there will be extreme societal pressure to get sick, elderly people off the government roles......i.e., Social Security, Medicare, etc.

The door is now being opened to kill them for financial reasons. All the same arguments will be used.

Apparently, they haven't read any sci-fi stories from the 50's and 60's, where euthanizing the inconvenient is a common theme. =^/

financial reasons have been used and continue to be used regularly as a basis for continuing or discontinuing treatments ever since doctors started getting paid.
Combined with sound medical advice and other opinions, somewhere a line has to be drawn.
