Well, despite all efforts..In Florida a disabled person can be starved to death without ever having been given consistent rehabilitation and not terminal as ordered by one state court judge. I am heartsick.

They judges are using the LETTER of the law to violate the SPIRIT of the law.

Greer will deny at noon, and it will be appealed again.

BORK IS ON!!!!! FNC all

Our entire government has failed us, from the very top, to the very bottom.

This law-abiding sovereign citizen of the United States of America has completely lost faith in saving our country within the system.

When in the course of human events...

God help us all.

Not bad for a woman who, in her twenties, couldn't get through a potassium imbalance without devastating brain damage.

You forgot the < sarcasm > tag.

Does anyone know what's in these court records?

Best guess would be misappropriation of funds.

"This is a sad sad day for this Country."

Yes, it is indeed. The ramifications of what is happening to Terri, and by extension, our country, will be felt with greater and greater intensity in the next few years. What really scares me is just how BLATANTLY obvious the "death crowd" has been in this case. They know they have the courts in their hip pockets.

Everyone had better be sure they have made their personal wishes known. Not one single person can be confident they have more than today.

Just amazing. He has no say in whether the DCF acts or not. The only say the judicial system will have will be AFTER the DCF gets Terri out of there and into medical care.

But, we have a judge telling the executive branch of government that they must bow before him. A man telling the state police to ignore the Governor.

Even many a freeper have been calling for Terri's death and lamenting state's rights, etc. Well, another example of judicial assault is being given them. I wonder how they feel about a state's rights when that state is being held hostage by the judiciary.

I contacted Governor Bush's Legislature office. I talked for over 5 minutes with the secretary!!!!!! I am WEEPING out of control here!!! She said that the Governor has NO POWER to go in and get Terri. She seemed to know what she was talking about and as sympathetic and kind to me as possible. I told her that we are watching a execution of a handicapped woman. I am grieving so the pain and anquish are about to overtake me. LORD HAVE MERCY ON OUR LAND

As far as I am concerned, threateniing Hell to Pay is a weak point at this time.

Excuse me. You misunderstand. That was not a threat. I simply stated a fact.

When helpless disabled people are being murdered, hell has opened its maw and started dining.

In all of this, the most amazing remarks.. are that us, Christians, are interfering with a families heartache. I think the parents of Terri would say, thank you Chrisitans for your support. The Gov has let us down.

Libs think.. the only thing to fear is Christians..

Little do they know... the thing they will find fearful is on Judgement day.

He is obstructing justice and FDLE needs to warrant his arrest.

Bork is NAILING the case!!! Said only one judge looked at facts, and that the Fed Judge should have looked at the facts again.

Bork said this is not an explosive issue, the court should have looked at the facts at least consider the factual issues raised.

I say we get Bork RE-nominated to the USSC!

...will the state take over custody of the body as part of a criminal investigation?

Oh no. The all powerful Greer declared long ago that there would be no autopsy, and immediate cremation of the body -- just following the demands of MS.

There is no way anyone seems to be able to overcome this lowly probate judge.

That comment is so soul sick I wish it merited a zot from the administrator moderator. She is VALUABLE to all of us, as human being who is deeply loved by her family and is a citizen of this nation who has suffered under an horrific law that allows sociopaths to use hearsay to legally kill their spouse (children next?)

If the state police won't obey the governor, the president has to step in to enforce the law that Congress passed on Monday.

This is the trump card, in my humble opinion.

MR. PRESIDENT, SEND FEDERAL MARSHALLS TO THE HOSPICE TO ENFORCE THE LAW OF THE LAND!

Just like President Eisenhower sent marshalls to Little Rock, Arkansas in 1957 to enforce federal laws against segregation.
