It is not over until Terri is creamated. At that point, Michael and all the Judges are off the hook. Until then, we have a chance. As long as Terri is breathing.. she is alive.
Oh my, thanks for reminding me about Eisenhower and the federal troops enforcing the law.
I was living here and thought the south would never get over it, it was one of the most dramatic things in my life. The howls, grumbles, all around were predicting a new secession and war. It was a time.
Someone please remind me... what country are we living in? The USA or Nazi Germany??? Gee, for some reason, they seem to be one and the same anymore... this is a very sad day for all of us... and I don't think we will ever be happy again.

I don't know what's going to happen, but I would think that if the Governor's office has something in the works, they wouldn't want to tip their hand this time, even to a distressed caller.

No court at any level has the power to revoke the Florida and United States Constitutions. They cannot revoke your oath of office. You are an enthusiast of the James Madison Institute, and as such you know that the Executive branch of government is co-equal with the other two branches. No judge has the power to superordinate the judicial branch over the executive branch.Then why won't he ACT???????

I hate to say it, but I see the same phenomenon here on this board with some posts. People simply do not want to call a spade a spade. If someone has a special title, then they obey lockstep no questions asked. The Constitution? What's that?

I disagree. The judge and MS willl begin their pain if Terrr dies, there are those who will make it their life to bring them to justice.

Yep......I understand that he can't go ahead. At least that is what the Governor's legislative office just told me a few minutes ago. I told her that he has executive power.I don't understand enough of the powers of the government all I could do was weep as a ignorant pheasant and tell her no matter what " it was NOT RIGHT, and it is the saddest day America has seen"........we have been overtaken by TERRORISTS in our OWN LAND, and cannot do a thing about it!!!!!! PRESIDENT BUSH will hear from me. We need to revise some laws in honor or TERRI!!!!!!!
