DCF didn't realized that they got an "automatic stay" with a window of opportunity when they filed this morning.
Felos saying that DCF would have had about a 3 hour window of time to have taken Terri into custody.

Good Lord! That would explain the "I'll rule at noon" judgment. Let the clock run out on a window of opportunity and then nothing can be done. Just like they're doing with Terri's life.

DCF can take her at any time as an emergency removal. Then they would have twenty four hours, excluding the weekend, in which to petition the courts to keep her. Felos is a minion of the father of lies. I wouldn't take to heart anything he says, since his only purpose is to have Terri die.
