There is no judicial tyranny in this case - the judiciary followed the law on this matter to the letter.

I checked out your profile page, I am not surprised you see things as you do. The Culture of Death is on parade for all to see.

A convicted mass murderer has a better chance then the innocent in this country at life. We have slipped into the role of the Nazis court ruling by court ruling.

That's right.

Funny how some ppl want to "pick & choose" when it comes to judges upholding the law, isn't it?

In this case, they want judges to break/ignore the law.
