Yep, we just had a coup d'etat in black robes. We only have one real branch of government now, and it's unelected and unaccountable. The very definition of tyranny.

I hope Mark Levin, and Laura Ingraham, and Rush, and Michael Savage, and others who I've left out, will keep up on this issue with the Judiciary.
They are great voices on the air pushing the problem of the tyranny of the judges.
With Scoop keeping the story in print, maybe some other news media will get on the ball.
