I think your remarks are dead on.

He was already on the radio with Jesse Jackson yesterday. And there's a gag order, so he's pretty much flaunting himself in front of the judge now.

I am thinking bail will be revoked by the end of the week at the latest.

Heard he did have to surrender his passport and I cannot imagine him passing himself off on another person's passport can you.....

Hard not to laugh at the very thought.

Sorry, there's nothing funny about this tragic case.

I agree with you! Regardless of what past accusations are deemed admissible, the reality of the accusers mother is an easy one for any defence attorney. Jackson has been targeted by the mother for money just as she has attempted to do in the past. It would seem like if Michael can keep himself sane through this trial, charges will be dismissed.

So you'd like to see him back in bed with someone else's little boy or dangling his baby over the railing again?

"Question...in light of all the accusations, why isn't MJ in jail right now? Any regular citizen accused of serial child abuse on this scale would be locked up without bail until the trial."

Answer...$3,000,000 bail and a surrendered passport.

How did he get away with that. I thought the judge had issued a gag order.

hmmmmmmm...did Jacko have to surrender his passport?

I believe he did. The authorities didn't want him fleeing to some country where he could evade extradition.

"He's not going to make it; I predict he will completely go crazy within the week!"
I agree. I've been waiting for him to either run or kill himself. I'm surprised this delicate flower has lasted this long.

I sha'n't tell my reasons for making this inquiry; but I beseech you to explain, if you can, what I have married..." - Wuthering Heights (Also overheard in mutterings by Lisa Marie Presley and that Debbie-woman who both MARRIED Jackson. Eeek!)

You won't get flamed by me on that one. If I were on that jury, there's no way in hell Jackson would be convicted.

Not because I think he's innocent, but because it would be a travesty to convict him without also holding accountable all of those dip-sh!t loony-tune parents who think it's perfectly acceptable to send their kids on unsupervised sleep-overs with a dysfunctional freak like Michael Jackson.

Right.

He does not seem to have much backbone when faced with a crisis.

How did he get away with that

I don't know, but Jesse was on MSNBC yesterday saying that the reason Jackson came to court in his jammies was to just show the judge how "silly" he was being about Jackson's illness.

I'm sure that helped.

Thank you for your service. And, with all due respect, is it really necessary to turn every thread into a Schiavo flame fest? I left the earthquake thread for the same reason. Not meaning to single you out, as there are plenty of posters on both sides doing this, but just asking.

"Woooooooo!"

I'd say Jackson just went from a sure acquittal to a very challenging defense.
