I really do wish the Shindlers would stop attacking Jeb, George and Congress when they did ALL they could to help them. It was the Shindler lawyers that gave Terri the death sentence through their sheer incompetence.

You have that right -- their pleading is something a first year law student wouldn't turn in. Having Randall Terry anywhere near this was a huge mistake along with Klayman IMHO!
