While the article says that she might have several months of hospital time I wouldnt bet on it.
Last year my Lodge was informed that the Shriners were closing a couple of their burn hospitals. It wasnt a money issue even though several of us were reaching for our wallets. It turns out that the treatments for burns have advanced to the point that most of the victims take about 1/3 of the time they took 10 years ago. I hope she is as lucky.
For those who dont know, the Freemasons also support heart research, juvenile spinal cord research, diabetes research, and a host of other medical related projects. I know because I am one.

Thank God for the Masons and the Shrine. I am a Mason and a Shriner here in Denver and all I can say is we need more members to help poor children like this little russian girl may God bless her!
