Hey, my friend, long time!
This situation is almost comical. I'm waiting for TV footage of Napi in a helicopter flying over the area expressing her 'grave concern'. Sealing off the entire area would be damned easy..there simply aren't that many roads out of there. The Border patrol (sic) simply is unwilling to do it.
