A feeding tube is too radical for some,
I think how could one be so dumb?
Next it will be the pacemakers fault
that keeps the heart from grinding to a halt.
Or the wheelchair that replaces legs,
how are these society's dregs?

Yeah, what about the pacemakers? Guess they will not be for the mentally disabled.
No life saving measures or treatment for mentally challenged individules.
