Formal Complaint Filed Against Greer in Schiavo Case
The Empire Journal’s intensive investigative coverage of the Terri Schiavo case has apparently been the impetus for a Texas businessman to file a formal complaint against Florida’s Sixth Circuit Court Judge George W. Greer for his handling of the case.

Saying that he feared that the 41-year-old disabled woman who died Thursday of thirst and starvation by order of Greer would become a “sacrificial lamb” in what he believes is a gross miscarriage of justice, Texas business Michael Bradle filed a formal complaint March 28 with Brooke Kennedy, executive director of Florida’s Judicial Qualifications Committee.

Greer Denies Release of DCF Records
By The Empire Journal

Florida’s death judge George W. Greer finally issued a ruling siding with Florida’s Department of Children and Families in the Terri Schiavo case but it didn’t help Terri who died Thursday after 13 days without food and water by order of Greer.

The Pinellas County probate court judge Friday denied a request from a Florida newspaper for summaries of alleged previous investigations conducted by DCF in the Schiavo case concerning alleged abuse of the disabled woman who had sustained serious brain damage as the result of suspicious circumstances in 1990.
