If you read my post a couple pages back you will see that if I had my wish I would have wanted Michael to divorce Terry and give custody over to her parents.
However, in the eyes of the law, this was Michael's decision to make, not mine, not her parents, and definitely not the general public.
The mere fact that she brought pleasure to her family made her life fraught with moral worth and her husband's killing of her all the more immoral.
