. . .yet during the five years they wouldn't allow her to breathe outside air

I M A G I N E

Imagine stepping upon a shore and finding it heaven

Imagine taking hold of a hand and finding it God's hand

Imagine breathing new air and finding it celestial air

Imagine feeling invigorated and finding it immortality

Imagine passing from storm & tempest to an unknown calm

Imagine waking and find it home

if she were really smart, she would get about 5000 miles away from that piece of human filth.

Here we go. Demonize the Schindlers for the RNC. If the Republican party is that weak, then nothing can save it.

I'm just happy there are people intelligent enough to quantify the usefulness and utility of individual lives. The smart people said that Terri's current life was a worse option than her death.

I hope they can now move on to other circumstances. Certainly those who are locked away in prison for life are living a life worse than death. We are told this very thing by the murderers' very intelligent lawyers during sentencing. "Give my client a punishment worse than death ---- sentence him to prison for life." So, we can starting killing those prisoners now.

Next, we can move on to those starving in poverty. Certainly, most of us would say that we would rather die quickly than suffer the slow death of starvation. Sure those poor children with distended bellies think they want to fight for life, but we know better. Next time all the rock stars have a concert to feed starving Africans, perhaps we could convince them to spend the proceeds on a few daisy cutters. We could drop them on the starving masses and put them out of their misery.

Gee, this is fun. It is no wonder that the intellectuals enjoy making determinations of life-value. It is awfully easy to do from the comfortable confines of our comfortable homes.

Whatever. Maybe you should actually try and comment on what Isaid, rather than just make personal attacks. Ever thought of that? No? Didn't think so.

So go back and read it again. Then come back and tell me, in your infinite wisdom, how holding a press conference today is going to help anything, and how the media won't twist what they say or provoke them into saying something rash.... Go ahead.

Remember, this poor man is now a widower. We should feel sorry for him. /extreme sarcasm

Really? I'm surprised he and Jodi didn't go tie the knot right after leaving the hospice.

Well, rabbit, the republican party is the best chance we have to save the country. Man, rabbit, you think I'm demonizing, you shoulda heard Bill Handel on the radio this morning. I'd prefer not to repeat the mean, vicious and very demonizing things he has to say about the family.

Is "cradled her in his arms" another way of saying "strangled to assure death?"

"...how nervous should his "common law wife" be now ?..."

Who cares. IMHO, she's just as guilty as ms is. She took up with a married man and bore that POS's kids. Sure says a lot about her, doesn't it?

BTW, how can a married man have a common law wife? That's polygamy, which I believe is against the law in Florida. But when has the law ever ever been an impediment to that POS MS?

How did Rush sum up the whole Shiavo case?

In a nutshell, he doesn't think much of starving helpless innocents to death.

"Can you imagine? She spent her final minutes on earth surrounded by her killers."

That's part of what tears me up inside about all of this. What I can't imagine is trying to be Terri's parents and, after years of love and care, knowing that those monsters were standing over her "helping" her die a "dignified" death. I got to hold my dad's hand through 2 1/2 years of a horrendous fight with cancer and I was holding his hand when he took his last breath. NOTHING could have kept me from his side - well nothing except the courts, and lawyers, and armed policemen...

The ones that 'buy it', I have come to decide, are the ones who only recieve their news from the MSM - where only the local channels play blurbs of what is going on. There is no way - in my opinion, anyone who as been as involved with this as we have - could look at everything from start to finish and agree with the decision made on March 18th.

It is just NOT possible. JK
